建议处理时间:fmys_work_reissue_info.update_time
建议处理方式:fmys_work_reissue_info.type= 1 (建议补偿),=2 (预计取回时间 拼接 fmys_work_reissue_info.exchange_back_time)
采购员:fmys_supply取商品对应供应商,然后fmys_supply.pg_member_id = fmys_purchase_group_member.pg_member_id 取fmys_purchase_group_member.admin_id
to前端
备注接口:serviceOrder/waitingSendRemark,入参id工单id,备注内容waitingSendDesc
